Hat Sizes:

To find the size of your head, take a tape measure and find the circumference (distance around) your head. What this is in inches (see below) is your hat size. Also to translate into the X-Small is 6 3/4, Small is 7, Medium is 7 1/4, Large is 7 1/2, X-Large is 7 3/4.
