Extra durable, long-life compass. The contoured, rugged design features a heavy-duty locking pin for attaching to clothing while on the trail for hands-free use. May be used with the large sighting mirror as a sighting compass, or it can be clipped to clothing to view the capsule at a glance by rotating the cover 270 degrees. A dial with 5° graduations; inch and millimeter scales make for simple mapping and plotting.
