Privacy
We do not sell or share personal or sale information with
any outside organizations. All information is used to
contact you concerning you purchase.
Shipping
We try to ship all orders within two working days if
humanly possible. Some items and situations may delay
shipping longer. If the item you ordered is out or delayed
we'll try to let you know as soon as possible. We strive
to ship as many orders as we can in 2 working days. Some
orders go out faster and some take longer. It helps us if
you tell us how soon you need the merchandise (in the
comments section).
We also have a new priority shipping
fee that we use to cover the manufacturers fees and it
allows us in many case to ship your order 1-3 days sooner
than normal.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States via
standard UPS ground service as well as offering next day and 2
day services. We do not ship USPS within the United
States. **We do not ship to PO boxes**.
We do not use FedEx air or ground services.
We ship
to APO/FPO military mail addresses. Use APO as the city and AE etc for
the state.
**We ship to the United States, Canada and the
military mail system (APO) for credit card orders.**
**We do not
ship credit card orders to foreign countries. We do not
take credit cards issued outside the US.**
**We do take western union or wire transfers for
foreign shipments.**
Credit Card Charges- Please note that we will
obtain immediate authorization from your card issuing bank
to reserve funds for your purchase. However, your card
will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
(Larger bulk orders may be subject to immediate charge.)
Declined orders may experience what appears to be a
charge but which will be dropped of the account within a
period of days. Do not call us if this happens. Call your
bank we have no control over these charges.
Returns
We accept any unused returns for 60
days. If you do not keep any items we charge a restocking
fee of 10%. If you keep some items and return some you get
full credit on the items returned.
Any items sent back after 60 days all
returns will be for store credit only.
We will not refund the shipping
costs to you or the shipping costs for you to return the
item to us. This return policy is only for items that
are returned in unused condition (Any used items will
be evaluated on a case by case basis).
The RA number for returns and exchanges
is the order number -- please call or email if you can not
find it.
Exchanges-We will charge you a second return shipping
charge to get the item(s) to you. You will also have to
pay for the shipping of the items back to us. There will
be no 10% re-stocking fee.
Time limit for returns for refund effective September
1, 2003 is 60 days from the date of purchase. We will
accept no returns for refund over that time limit.
We will do exchanges on unused merchandise with proper
documentation only. |
