Shipping
We ship anywhere in the continental United States via
FedEx services real time rates. Options are FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, 2nd Day and Express Saver. Days in transit does not guarantee number of days to prepare to ship some items can take 6-10 days to ship.
If you
place an item in the cart and place your zip code/state in
the edit shipping section you can calculate shipping.
However, shipping is not immediate see below.
We try to ship all orders within Three to Four working days if
humanly possible. Some items and situations may delay
shipping longer. If the item you ordered is out or delayed
we'll try to let you know as soon as possible. On average
25% of all orders go out the same day or the next business
day. 25% go out within 2 days, 25% within 3 days and the
remaining 25% in 4-6 days if there are no delays or
backorder issues. Please Plan accordingly. It helps us if
you tell us how soon you need the merchandise (in the
comments section).
We do not ship USPS within the United States.
**We do not ship to PO boxes**.
We also have a new priority shipping
fee that we use to cover the manufacturers fees and it
allows us in many case to ship your order 1-3 days sooner
than normal.
We ship
to APO/FPO military mail addresses. Use APO as the city and AE etc for
the state.
**We ship to the United States, Canada and the
military mail system (APO) for credit card orders.**
**We do not
ship credit card orders to foreign countries. We do not
take credit cards issued outside the US.**
**We do take western union or wire transfers for
foreign shipments only.**
Credit Card Charges-
Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped, at which time we will email you tracking information. Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank.
Returns
We accept any unused returns for refund for 60
days except cloth, fabric, camo netting or mosquito netting
that is cut to size.
We process returns as time allows. We do not guarantee same day processing on returns. We do process all returns within 2-3 working days.
Due to lack of response from customers lately, when the items come back we will attempt to contact you by phone 3 consectutive business days for your credit card information. On the fourth day we will send you an email. On the 5th day if we have had no response we will cancel the exchange and refund the card minus the restocking fee.
We charge a restocking
fee of 15% for returned items (unless it is an exchange then
there is no restocking fee). If you keep some items and return some you
will be charged a restocking fee on the items returned.
All Items cut to size (includes camo
netting, camo cloth and mosquito netting products) all sales
are final we will not accept returns.
We will accept no returns on any items sent back after 60 days.
We will not refund the shipping
costs to you or the shipping costs for you to return the
item to us. This return policy is only for items that
are returned in unused condition (Any used items will
be evaluated on a case by case basis).
The RA number for returns and exchanges
is the order number -- please call or email if you can not
find it.
Exchanges-We will charge you a second return shipping
charge to get the item(s) to you. You will also have to
pay for the shipping of the items back to us. There will
be no 15% re-stocking fee as long as it is an even
exchange.
Time limit for returns for refund effective is 60 days from the date of purchase. We will
accept no returns for refund over that time limit.
We will do exchanges on unused merchandise with proper
documentation only.
Privacy
We do not sell or share personal or sale information with
any outside organizations. All information is used to
contact you concerning you purchase. We also email weekly
offers which you can decline to receive or opt out of.
